The members for what Waterways consultants call the Project Reference Group as suggested by Waterways Consultants are:

§ 1 representative from each of the following NSW Government Agencies:
    EPA
    DUAP
    NSW Health
    NSW Fisheries
    DLWC
    NPWS
    NSW Department of Education (Principal of Concord West Primary School)
§ 1 representative from each of the following local Councils:
    Canada Bay
    Ryde
§ 1 representative from each of the following peak environmental bodies:
    Greenpeace
    Total Environment Centre
§ 1 representative from each of the following organisations making up the Project Team:
    NSW Waterways as a landowner (Roly Webb)
    DPWS as Project Managers (Neil Mudge)
    Thiess Services Pty Ltd. as Proponents and Remediators (Doug Moss)
    PPK as EIS Consultants (Jo Robertson)
§ 1 representative from each of the major landowners/developers on the Rhodes Peninsular
    Meriton Apartments
    Orica
§ 1 representative from the following community organisations:
    Catchment Management Committee for the Homebush Bay area
    Waterways Users Group
§ 1 representative from the commercial/industrial organisations located in Rhodes
§ a maximum of 8 individuals representing the following communities or existing community groups:
    Melrose Park (North of site)
    Putney (Northeast of site)
    Concord West and Liberty Grove (South and south east of site)
    Homebush/North Strathfield (South of site)
    Meadowbank and West Ryde Residents Association (north of site)
    Rhodes Residents Group (Adjacent to site)
    Rhodes Peninsula Group (Adjacent to site)
